Sona ben is the most cheerful personality at the studio. She is a very warm person and never shy's away from showing affection with her ever so famous tea! She is the only artisan at the studio who is skilled at interlacing stitch called Bawaliyo Rabari embroidery stitch. Sona Ben can also do several Bawaliyo variations, such as chorus (square), ladavo (circle), and so on. Since this stitch is her USP thought of creating a design using Bawaliyo and making it look more contemporary with her portrait on the back of the shirt. The portrait is created with the geometric aspect of the stitch in mind yet breaking away from the traditional Bawaliyo patterns. As a pop-up, a cup of tea is added. The portrait is done using Bawaliyo, the pop-up is done in Aari embroidery.
